I spoke on stage alongside my love to a room full of people.
I had never taught at that capacity before.
I'd only ever taught online.
I said yes to the opportunity without thinking much about it, knowing I had the tools to work through any blocks as they arose.
As I suspected, fears arose the week before with thoughts of "I can't do this", “I am not ready for this”
But I witnessed & went within.
Without letting my thoughts take over, I gave that part of me attention instead.
I moved through the fears in my body somatically & embodied my new "comfortable" before the event.
In other words, I stepped into the woman I had to become before the event so I could show up & do the thing that would have otherwise been WAY out of my comfort zone.
I've done this time & time again…
Ever since I realised I could overcome my lifelong fear of speaking through a 15-minute somatic release in 2021.
This work has helped me expand beyond what I thought possible for me, overcome my fears, let go of self-judgment, so I could go on to publish three books in one year, speak on stages, and attract my incredible man who now co-creates alongside me.

- Fortnightly 60-minute sessions where we will dive deep into your blocks (fears, emotions, beliefs), and get clear on your desires, and create individualised practices tailored to you, bringing you back into a state of ease, alignment, and abundance.
- We will take a look at your human design chart as another tool to align you with your energy type, your intuition, and your true self. Whether through HD or not, my intention is to inspire you to reconnect to YOUR intuition and lead from there.
- We will practice powerful manifestation techniques personalised to you and your specific desires (this could look like expanding your nervous system’s capacity to hold more, releasing blocks, shifting beliefs, visualisations, affirmations that actually work, and influencing emotions).
