My Teachings ༄

My journey of transformation from chronic anxiety to confidence and from self-loathing to self-love serves as the foundation of my teachings. Time and time again, I have shifted into the version of myself who has what I desire, so I can effortlessly create it. From being too afraid to send a voice message, to now speaking on stages, I teach you how you too can embody a fearless nature as a powerful creatress.

My teachings involve a combination of tantra, emotional alchemy, somatic movement, and reprogramming the body and subconscious. I delve deep to align you with the woman you desire to be, underneath the layers of who you believe you ‘should’ be.

Not Sure Where to Begin?

  • When I first started with Tara, I was so tired of living the same life over and over again feeling unsatisfied, disappointed and wanting more. I was not truly grateful for anything… always seeking a better partner, a nicer house, a better body, a more ‘successful’ career, and never believing I had the ability or worthiness to obtain any of it. We have been working together just over six weeks now and I can confidently say that I am a new fucking human. I love who I am, my partner actually goes alright (I love him), I have an amazing job that I have worked so damn hard for, my body’s imperfections are fucking perfect and I don’t need anything more in this world to be happy. Tara has taught me how to listen to my body, to FEEL the feelings and not push them away, to fully trust the universe, and to BE the energy I want to attract. There have been times where I have felt like I am doing it all wrong… a lot of times actually. Tara responds so quickly when I reach out in these times and talks me through how I am feeling and how to shift that energy. She has helped me love myself, find happiness in a place of darkness, accept myself for all of me, and most importantly, to actually be kind to myself. I still have a long way to go as changing core belief systems is not easy but I know truly and deeply that I will achieve the life I desire working with Tara. Because I can, because I am worthy of it and because my life is already incredible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Tara. I love you xx

  • Tara is very knowledgeable when it comes to learning how to handle anxiety and emotions. She is super sweet! and was very flexible with me since I enrolled into her course. I always had a hard time being vulnerable or open up to people about my emotions and my anxiety and wasn’t sure how to cope with it well. Tara was able to provide a safe-space for me to be able to share what I was going through, and asked really good questions to get to the root cause of my problems.
